Appointments & Scheduling

All sessions are by appointment only. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session. Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent electronically.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full session.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without adjustment in fee, as the time has been reserved specifically for you.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will forfeit the 50% deposit used to reserve the session.

Emergencies are handled with compassion and discretion.

Refund Policy – Services

Healing sessions, energy work, and bodywork involve time reserved specifically for you; therefore, no refunds are issued for completed sessions.

Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior written approval.

Refund Policy – Products

If you have sensitivities to essential oils or natural ingredients, please review product ingredients carefully prior to purchase.

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unopened and unused.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged.

If a product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos so we may resolve the matter promptly.

Right to Refuse Service

Transforming Lives with Kathryn Lorenzini reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of contraindicated health conditions, inappropriate behavior, or boundary violations.

Health & Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge that all services provided are complementary wellness practices and not medical treatment. Clients are responsible for informing Kathryn of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities prior to their session.
