At Transforming Lives in Riverside, Jacksonville, Kathryn offers Rising Star Healing Sessions—a gentle spiritual energy practice intended to nurture balance in body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Working with the chakra system and the five elements, Kathryn facilitates the flow of energy from Source, inviting deep relaxation and inner awareness. Each session offers an opportunity to explore emotional release of old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you, and make room for a more joyful, loving relationship with yourself. All sessions include a consultation and are available in person or long distance. A series of three sessions, spaced 21 days apart, is recommended within the Rising Star practice. Cancellation Policy
Transforming Lives with Kathryn Lorenzini Your comfort, well-being, and appointment time matter. Please review these policies before booking a session or purchasing products. Appointments & Scheduling All sessions are by appointment only. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your session fee. Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent electronically. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to settle in and discuss your concerns. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the full scheduled fee so subsequent appointments can begin on time. Cancellations & Rescheduling Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule and transfer your deposit to your new appointment or cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit. With less than 24 hours’ notice, cancellations, rescheduling requests, and missed appointments result in forfeiture of your 50% deposit. A new deposit is required to book another appointment. Emergencies are considered with compassion on an individual basis. Health Concerns & Interrupted Sessions If a health concern makes your session unsuitable or unsafe, Kathryn may modify, postpone, or end the session. If the session cannot begin, your payment will be held as a credit toward a suitable future appointment. If it ends early because of illness, discomfort, or another health concern, you will be charged only for the time provided, and any remaining prepaid amount will be held as a credit. No refunds are issued in these circumstances. If Kathryn must cancel your appointment for personal or operational reasons, you may choose a full refund or transfer your payment to a future appointment. If she must end your session early for these reasons, you will be charged only for the time provided, with the remaining prepaid amount refunded or credited according to your preference. Professional Boundaries All sessions are professional and respectful. Inappropriate behavior, requests, or boundary violations will result in the session ending immediately. The full scheduled session fee remains due, and no refund or credit will be issued. Refund Policy — Completed Services & Packages Completed massage, bodywork, and energy healing sessions are non-refundable. Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior written approval.
